Our products are being shipped through DHL, FedEx, Canada Post or UPS. Shipping costs have to be paid by the Buyer upon checkout.  The average delivery time for this service is approx. 5-10 business days and includes tracking.

All of our products are being shipped from our office in Beaumont, Alberta Canada. Import fees may apply and are due upon delivery.

Handling time:

If not differently indicated, orders will be shipped within 1 – 3 business days and delivery will take place according to the delivery times of the chosen shipping service.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of inventory in our Distribution Centers. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are usually shipped Mondays and Thursdays. We do not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

If you have ordered several items, we will do our best to send them all  in one shipment. In this case delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost or stolen packages etc.)

Import Fees: 

Import Fees may apply and are to be paid by the buyer upon delivery. 

Import Fees are determined by the country the order is delivered to and will not be accepted as a reason to cancel the order.
