30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Refund and Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it (unused and uninstalled)
Be in its original packaging
Include your order number or proof of purchase

We accept returns within the 30-day window for the following reasons:

Item does not fit / incorrect size or model ordered
Item arrived damaged

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

This fee applies to returns due to:

Incorrect size or model ordered
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the problem in your email.

Exchanges

If you ordered the incorrect item, please contact us at returns@twusch.com and we’ll help find the best solution.

If the mistake was made by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply
If the mistake was made by us, we will cover all related costs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted where applicable
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error)

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Custom & Import Fees

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

It is your responsibility to understand any applicable import fees before placing an order.

Important:

Customs or import fees are not valid reasons for a return or refusal of delivery
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, no refund will be issued
